The cold water, consistent waves and your daily surf tips. It is such a hassle lugging surfboard around. That made my leave in Huntington Beach a memorable one. You were correct in getting us to surf the first day of the vacation, the next day the surf got huge and shut down the surfing for the next couple of days.  Instead you recommended a lunch trip to Newport and  then a drive out to the 'Wedge'.   It  was the highlight of the trip.  hank you for all your 'local' knowledge,

Visiting from New York, coming out of the water at 'Dog Beach' you yelled at me asking 'what the hell are you surfing out there for.   I explained I was just visiting from NY!   You told me about this place you new of that was probably 'firing on all cylinders'  RIGHT NOW!   I followed you there parked where you said and Holy shit you nailed it.  

It was the Surf Tip of the Century for me!  My friends back in New York are so jealous of all the photos you took of me! 

You did me a 'fatty' brother! Any time, anytime you are in New York, look me up especially if a hurricane starts toward New Jersey!
